I guess because it has two wheels it can be called a bicycle. Still...

But it folds, it is electric and it has Schwalbe Kojaks on it.

Take a look here (http://www.popsci.com/gear-amp-gadgets/article/2009-09/foldable-electric-bicycle-your-urban-commuting-needs).

I applaud their creative design and innovative thinking.

However, $5000 for something that has just a 6 mile range? Only the really wealthy and cool kids will buy it.

cool toy. But I would put int the same category as the Segway, which I would describe it as expensive and looks a little too nerdy to ride on it if you know what I meant... Folding bike is as far as I would go... :D

$5000 for being laughed at on that thing? I do not have enough self-confidence to ride it, nor physical condition to hold that awkward riding position. This might be aeither a joke or a senior student's concept project at industrial design school.

If you don't break your neck after hitting a pothole you'll probably get run over by a car because drivers won't see you coming.

range may be tolerable but paying $5,000 for this - i don't think so....i wonder how they came up with that price...
