Anyone planning on going to the "Steel is Real" ride in Milwaukee (http://www.rainbowjersey.com/events/2009/301) next week? I'll be there...

Oh man, I would love to ride my Lemond on that ride, but I happen to be getting married that day back in MI. Sounds like fun though.

I'll be riding my steel bike in Bike the Barns (http://macsac.org/bikethebarns/) outside Madison that day. But I love the idea and the tee shirt design. I may need to order the tee shirt.
Unfortunately, I am out for both Steel is Real and Bike the Barns. :(
But a magnet test, wtf? I guess my stainless steel bike doesn't count. :twitchy:

And by the way ... congratulations! I guess that is a good excuse to miss a ride!
It was a fun ride today even if I didn't bowl a strike!

Yes, it was, and the weather was perfect for it! I found it hard to stay in the bars and went out riding (and getting lost) on my own a few times.
Here's some pictures from the ride (not mine): http://www.flickr.com/photos/gasmith/3915810388/
There's even a picture of me (on the left, in the yellow and green jersey):
