Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Been in the clydsdale range for about 10 years. Already know I'm not likely to get out of that range but that's just my build. Currently 5'11" and 236# BF% is 27. Using the bike in conjunction with strength training about 4 times a week. I've been below 200 once for 2 days in the last 10 years. I'm shooting for somewhere in the 215-220 range. Currently riding a Trek 2.3 and working mostly on getting my wind back, as I've been out of it for the better part of a year.
