Hi

I'm pretty new to this biking malarkey.
Recently been on a few trails round North Wales/Northwest UK.
Bought a basic bike for starters.

I'm open to any tips or advice

We're glad you joined up.

The best advice I can give right now is to never miss a chance to ride. Otherwise it's a half-dozen-time/year type of thing and you don't get any real benefit out of that.

So don't let weather stop you and you'll soon find that you're getting stronger, healthier and happier.
