Foo - Love is ...

coming home to my big cat and kitten, where the kitten meets me at my window by my door - meowing to me - and I open the door and she is there - and the instant I touch her, she purrs. And then she follows me from room to room all evening. And then she sits by my side - and whenever I touch her - she purrs and looks up at me with her ice blue eyes that close slightly as I pet her. And then the Big Boy comes out and is at my feet laying, purring. Life is good.

just wait until one of them grows into a shedding machine.

My "favorite" grandmother (Mom's Mom - we called her Little Grandma) passed away wayyy too long ago and she was the kind of woman who gathered her grandchildren in an made them all feel oh... so... special - she is/was/ no is the kind hearted woman who I wish I could be - and my Mom is and has fashioned herself like her as well too. My nieces and nephews adore her (my one sister's two boys refer to her as "MyMom" - as they love her enough to call her that and almost compete for her as My Mom). And as to the passing of my other grandmother and her son (father) - this year ... Love is.:love::love:

You'd love my little Balinese kitten - we've figured her out - she's from when in the 40's - two women took long hair siamese (which were not standard at the time) and they bred them separately to other cats -which became standard.

One woman: Bred Siamese with Persian - became Himalayan. Other woman bred Siamese with Angora (oh sooo soft) became Balinese - and that's my Ming (plus her "mutt" - my vet - also a cat breeder official at functions, is just amazed at the nearly 100% qualities of the breed she has - yet she is from a feral cat and an escaped pure bred cat that I saw for a week on the streets). He says she is unique.


BUT No itchies here. :D Just oooodly soft and cuddly. K, so there's a powdery puff fluff floating occasionally in the air - which the nice Hepa vacuum takes care of quite nicely.

But still. For some reason they have a funky attitude on people walking in the door with fishnets on, don't know why :D

lucky. two cats in my house shed thick hair that's easy to remove, but the other two shed fine hair that goes everywhere and gets into everything.

Love is ... thank you Garbage mail peeps for sending me things that are thicker in stock so I can Ball them up and send them flying onto my tiled kitchen floor because it gives them something to do - for a couple of hours (kitten is currently killing some advertisement). :D

Oh please keep sending me these things :D

My wife says she does not want any cats, dogs, or any other type of flea bitten fur bags (including me) on her Ethan Allen furniture. :-((

Blue eyed cats are awesome. Mine doesn't meow when I get home, but she sure does a lot of all that other stuff. Except she's usually not satisfied being by my side. If I'm somewhat sedentary for more than a minute, she'll be on me.

Oooo Lester - what a beautiful baybeh you have there! I absolutely adore those ice blue eyes. My Big Boy has the hugest yellow eyes.

It's so wonderful to come home to someone, somebody who absolutely enjoys and cannot wait for you to enter the door ... whether animal or people. For me ... it's feline at the moment, but it's all good.

Folks, don't let Tude fool you about Ming. That kitteh is pure evil and will attack you without warning. Ming may look cute but she's a killing machine :)

Have you ever met a cat that isn't insane? Cute, but they'll pee on your jacket if you forget to hang it up ... or they'll jump off a window ledge onto your head just to make it easier to get down, leaving deep claw imprints on your forehead ... I could go on :twitchy:
