Fair shape, needs to be polished up. Decals intact, but faded.
I have a second, which is in far better shape (it's been polished), but one of the eyelets seems to have rusted apart - it's available if someone wants it.
$25 for the single rim, pics soon - in the meantime, this is what they look like:
