I have a ProFlex 856 Frame, with an XT front derailleur and Magura hydraullic rear brakes, and oil damped spring for the rear suspension, that I want to sell. Any ideas on what I could get for it? I know its 8 years old....

Probably not much. Keep it as a spare bike or a loaner bike when one of your buddies visit or you want to take a newbie riding.

Seriously, you can try eBay and if you get over $250, take it!
