Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I started from my house and rode an 18 mile loop then rode to rte. 12 to the NH state line then followed all the way to the CT. state line and then back. The route from my house to the state line to line ride total was 132 miles. Once I mapped it that is when I decided to do the 18 mile loop so I could get an even 150 miles in. What great weather and a great ride, if anyone is interested I will be doing the state line x2 crossing again in a couple of weeks.

I use primarily route 10 to go from Northampton to either CT or VT or NH...it's just great living in a region where not only can you ride from the heart of your state to another, but you have a list of 'other' states to choose from. I love going to Bristol and taking advantage of the CT bike paths along the way. Got any good routes down to CT?
