Does anybody use this product? On performance it seems like a good deal.. Is it bright.. Also is the 59.99 version the same exact as the other but with out charger? thanks

The luxeon LED's gonna make your light look like a HID from a far, beam pattern's good assuming you have good optics to throw it far. Imagine a HID that instead of throwing out 30+ watts of halogen equivalent light, throws out about 10 watts.
