bike noob here.
I bought new tires, and i thought they were the right size, they look like they should fit on the wheel and they look like they are the same size as my previous tires but I have tried so hard to get them on the wheel and I cant.
I dont know much about tire sizes so I'll quote all the numbers I can see on the old and new tires:
the old tires say 27 X 1 1/4 (32-630)
the new ones say 23-622 (700X23C)
Will it be impossible to get the new tires on? should i take them to a bike shop and have someone try for me or will i just be told that i have the wrong tires?
I cant really get the old tires back on either so perhaps my technique is wrong, I am using tire levers.
thanks.
