This morning I saw a local Craigslist ad for a Park CCP-1 crank puller for $8. Is that the right one for my 1991 Bottecchia with Campagnolo cranks, and should I get the puller or buy a newer model new?

Unless yours is one of the odd-ball Campy cranks with the left handed threads, it's the correct puller.

That's a Triomphe crank, the only odd Campy was C-Record, so I'll side with HR.

For future reference:
This crank-puller will work on different cranksets:

When used with a large wrench, this is also the tougher tool.
