So what do the experts think a fair price would be?

I just saw a similar bike on ebay go for $187 bid price and from the pics it had a bent fork and headtube (paint damage by lugs). The seller said it was straight though (I call BS)

1976 Schwinn Le Tour II
Orange metallic paint,
Stem shifters
10 speed friction
Japan made frame
27" Araya Steel wheels
Shimano components
Dia Compe Centerpull brakes
All original

New Bontrager tires
New Cables and housings
Full clean and repack of all bearings lubes and grease
Clean and polished all parts

Sun damaged paint but it shines
Some rust spotting on components and chrome forks
I'll get some black bar tape to finish it off

So Cal location so that may affect the market.

I found out... $140 for an easy sale. Listed at $175 so I probably could have fought for 155 but I'm glad I don't have to pack and ship.

Next time I won't spend the $ on new cables and wires as I don't think the buyer noticed, but still could have been a factor in the sale. I do have some personal pride in providing a fully lubed and well running bike instead of a "washed off turd".

$36 investment for bike and refurb.
