Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Got down the first but not up the second, did a slow tumble and injured my pride.
Second was being chased by a dog. I am riding past a park and these little kids starting yelling "Chita! Chita!" as I look back to see this little rat terrier coming after me down the path at full gallup. I didn't stop to take pictures. Just got out of there.

Pretty nasty, what trail?
I had a little terrier try to jump through the hoop of my front wheel once. That didn't turn out so well as I slid down the path through the springtime mud. :( The dog? Who knows, he went scampering off to who knows where.

Pennsy Greenway, 170th Street. Been there, haven't done that though. They should be adding bike lanes or a bike path (IMHO), but Cook County probably can't find money for such frivolity. :notamused:

Seems like that crossing has been under construction since last year sometime.
Glad you weren't hurt.
