I am looking to join a women-specific cycling team here in the next couple of years. I just started riding this past year (16 yo girl). I'm hooked on the sport, and I'd like to go pro (specifically mtb). Anyways, what team is the best to join? I'm looking at Velo Bella and Kenda Regional Team, to hopefully make it onto Kenda Pro team. What does it take to get on one of these teams?
