I am living in Kaiserslautern Germany right now. Do we have any other board members currently living somewhere in Europe?

Hi, I've already PM'd you but I forgot to add that Ranger Jake is from your neck of the woods. I think he's in Karlsruhe so maybe you can send him a PM. Just look him up under 'members'. :)

Mark,

Are there any rides up there worth the drive for me. It takes me about 5 hours to get to Amsterdam. If there is any good Singletrack I am willing to drive and ride Holland.

Hey Mike, sorry for my late reply,

You can check this; www.mtbroutes.nl
Click on the Buitenland in the black section of the page and then on the icons right of countries and you get a list of Mtbroutes in the country of your choice.

Hope you can read a bit dutch, if you have any questions or problems , just ask!

I've been in Munich Germany for 9 months now - and at least through the summer...

compared to the US (mostly Oregon) it's easier to find lots of vertical in the Alps, but harder to find really great single-track. In the US i'm used to 70-95% singletrack, but here most of the trails are wide gravel paths...

i'm hoping to do an Alp crossing ride this summer with as much single-track as possible - maybe 50% if i can find the right route...

Hey Nathank

Let us know how you get on doing the Transalp. I hope to do it next year but as a race. I think its called the Transalp challenge - a week long race of two man teams which apparently tests your metal. :)

I'm in Stuttgart, but I don't know where many places are to ride yet. I'll let you know if I find any kickin single tracks
