My chain keeps rubbing on the inside of the front derailler when ever i am on the big chain ring. I have taken it to my LBS and it keeps coming back the same. Can someone please tell me if they ever had this happen to them, and how to adjust it so it doesn't grind everytime i pedal. I have tried to adjust it my self but i can't seem to get it right.
Does it rub when the chain is on all of the cassette cogs or which ones?
Is this a double or triple crankset and which component group?
This sounds like a need for a simple derailleur adjustment but you never know.
