Here's the gist of it:
- Lefty rigid fork
- Di2 (love it or hate it, or be indifferent to it, it's what they used here)
- Internal routing of hydraulic brake lines and Di2 shifter wires
- Looks like the Di2 control unit is in the top of the steerer tube
- Trick feature: Custom shift buttons installed inside the hand grips.
As a practical bike, it's got a lot of limitations (rack or fender mounts? What if you don't like the grips?), but I think it's interesting as far showing what can be done with Di2. They say their intent was to make a clean-looking bike with as few exposed cables as possible, and the total exposed shifter wiring is about 4".
