I tried my new Jersey that I got as a present for my birthday. It is made by Hincapie sports, it is size small "European cut", and it's still too big on me. :roflmao2: I probably should stop avoiding gym. lol Kind of sucks, Jersey does look very kool on me, except it's loose and a tad too long.

Not for that model. :(

I'm 6' tall and have to wear size "small" jerseys and shorts to get stuff that isn't loose. Modern sizing is for huge people.

We just need to change society as a whole to appreciate big legs and small arms, especially women.

Sorry, I already posted my opinion in the "skinny arm" thread. :p

I would class myself as fairly normal sized, but apparently I'm excessively tall* and deathly skinny*, judging by how hard it is to find clothes that fit well, pants especially. :rolleyes:

Screw you, "Average American"! You make it hard for us weird-shaped folk.

* I'm really not.

Man, I must be gargantuan or something. I'm 5'9" and a bit overweight at 200. As a college swimmer I was 180. I wear XL for clothes and 2XL in cycling jerseys. All those cycling clothes are made for little euros, not guys like me who actually have shoulders.

No ****. I'm 5'10" 190 and usually wear a large t-shirt but can get away with a medium sometimes.

My DR jersey is a "club cut" voler (not even the race cut!), a large, and BARELY fits. I guess "large" to them is 5'8" and 160, though the race cut might be tight on such a person!

I always complain to my wife that clothes (especially dockers pants) are made for short fat men because I can always find my length, but never my waist. They are always too big.

That would be corporate middle-management. :D

Hello Mr. I-lost-a-huge-amount-of-fat-and-became-a-bike-racer-and-can-kick-yer-butt.

If you got any skinnier, Scotty, you'd look like PCad...a POW...or an anorexic. I advise you to spend more time celebrating your accomplishments and give up this self-loathing.

You know the phrase "you are what you eat"? You are what you think. Give credit where it is certainly due.

Scott, you think you're fat?!! Aren't you the guy who did a crit or some race on a fixie? Can't do that if you're fat. Well, I suppose you can but you'd probably have a coronary after.

Don't lhm fool you -- he's half the man he used to be. Two years ago he needed help to get around a Winters loop. Now I grab his wheel and hope to hold it. He's strong on the bike.
