Trying to figure out what movie this is

OK there's this sci-fi flick that I cannot remember the title to.

All I remember is that there are these people colonizing a planet or something and there are these flying disks with sawtooth edges that kill people. The machines get smart and start killing people, on of them pretending to be a lost child, another pretending to be a wounded soldier, and another getting away as a teddy bear.

Does anyone know what movie this is? Both of my movie-addicted friends don't know and my wife and I are stumped!

I saw this at the dollar movie. The movie was scary and the audience hysterical. You know the Eddie Murphy bit about black people talking to the screen, the people that sketch is based on were sitting behind me.
