Not sure it's the right place to post. But there's a recall on these bikes. They look hybrid to me.

That's been posted before. My wife's and my bike were affected. LBS repaired them.:

I'm going to make this a sticky, at least for a while.

As a reminder, there is a subforum for recalls etc... but it doesn't hurt to put it somewhere that people will see that don't typically go there.
