For a few bucks more you can get the Moto Fantom Cross with better derailiers and shifters. Just make sure that if you order a BD bike that you take it to a bike shop to have the wheels rebuilt and bearings re-packed. Budget some money for that and you will have a good bike at a price that cannot be beat. Also take into consideration that you won't have a bike shop behind you in the event of a warrenty claim. If you are ok with that then go for it.
If you can swing a an extra 400 I'd go with the Fantom Cross Outlaw!

The outlaw is a nice looking bike.
