Thank you for instilling in me your work ethic.
Thank you for being my hero.

Thank you for serving our country as a staff seargent in the Marines during Korea.
Thank you for helping the community in ways that you could while you had your Market open.
Thank you for raising my Mother as such a strong willed individual.
Thank you for taking me fishing as a kid.

Though you won't be with us much longer, I just want to say.
Thank You for being my grand father.

Thank you Grandpa for loving Dan and instilling within him what it is to be a man.

He passed away early this morning.

Will not say sorry. Will offer your family my prayers.

I'm sorry to hear that. My grand father passed away a few years ago. Being closer to him than my own father it was a hard thing. Whatever you believe, I am sure our grandfathers are in a better place.

My granddad was the guy I always wanted to be. I still live by his words and advice after all these years.
