Does anyone know how to do this? I have the Daytona shifters. I guessing the year is around 2000. for this model.

Is there a small (~6mm) pin just above the pivot point on your brake levers? If so, you push this pin to the outside in order to open up the brake arms. Reverse the process after re-installing the wheel
