Are these too good to be true? (Or, conversely, is it true because they're no so good?) I'm not a big brand-name kinda guy, but I don't want to buy crap either. The $199 would be pushing my budget quite a bit though. :(

RIGIDA PHOENIX/SHIMANO RM40 WHEELSET (http://www.nashbar.com/profile.cfm?category=131&subcategory=1197&brand=&sku=11930&storetype=&estoreid=&pagename=) $49.95

Weinmann ZAC19/Shimano RM40 Wheelset (http://www.nashbar.com/profile.cfm?category=131&subcategory=1197&brand=&sku=11252&storetype=&estoreid=&pagename=) $64.95

Mavic CXP21 Red and Shimano 9 speed Black Wheelset (http://www.nashbar.com/profile.cfm?category=131&subcategory=1197&brand=&sku=11100&storetype=&estoreid=&pagename=) 199.95

(could someone move this to the correct forum, I made a mistake!)

The first two items are cheap because they use 135mm spacing (for tandems???). They won't fit in a normal road frame. The last item is not a very good deal.

They have excellent review of being strong, altough a bit heavy, great for training
