I was poking around on youtube when it had under the "recommended for you section" this analysis of Australian swimming super star Grant Hackett's world record freestyle stroke. I just saw it today and I am on a rest day but tomorrow is my hard day and I can't wait to modify my own stroke to look more like his in the pool tomorrow.
