Hi all,

My friend and i are both suffering from burning feet whilst riding (mostly while do road miles), this tends to start about 2 hours into our rides.

I am wearing sturdy boots with coolmax socks.

My pedals are V8's.

Any suggestions or help would be most helpful.

I solved my 'hot foot' problems by NOT wearing socks.

Not everyone agrees with me about this but it works for me.

Hope this helps you.

I found that a shoe that fits me properly doesn't do this, others that don't fit as well, do.
