Foo - The Anonymous Note Guy Returns - A rant

The anonymous note guy of Columbus, Ohio has returned. His first appearance was after my grandfather died. I spent about two weeks away from my house tending to family issues. The anonymous note guy left a note on my front door blaming me for falling property values because my lawn wasn't cut to the proper 2.5 inches.

This morning, I found the following note on my wife's car:

The best part is that the car was parked in the driveway. I'm sure he is upset about neighbor who often has people over until late at night, but he put this on my wife's car. If anonymous note guy is upset about cars parked in the street, why not complain to the people who PARKED IN THE STREET?!?!?!?

Here's a tip if you don't like cars parked in the street... Don't move into a neighborhood that allows cars to be parked on the street. This is not a new rule. I was the second person to move in on this street and cars have ALWAYS been allowed on the street.

If you find out who this guy is, I will be more than happy to visit you in cbus and beat the living **** out of this mother ****er.

Interesting ideas.... Maybe I'll fill my lawn with pink flamingoes... or I could put up Christmas lights. Out of season Christmas lights can send normal people over the edge.

I drove it to the convenience store yesterday to fill it up actually.
Much fun to be had stacking up a line of traffic behind me.

You don't know which neighbour it is? Too bad, you could leave some humorous notes for him/her.

I'm not a fan of parking in the street if one can avoid it, but with note guy around, I'd start parking in the street intentionallly.

I bet you could set up a video camera on 5 or 10sec intervals for still shots and peg who the weasel is.

Sheesh - let the law take car of the stuff and let them put tickets on cars etc, like Couchy found out. :p

However Anon guy putting signs on cars in driveways is quite over the top.

And while yer at it - I think a lovely flower bed of wild flowers would be oh so refreshing. I think the front lawn would look quite nice just in wild flowers, no more worrying about the 2.5" grass height limitation - done. And you haz pretty flowers for all to admire....

It's been chilly the past couple of mornings so a lot of the taller stuff has begun to droop. I had the most amazing assortment of flying critters this year... countless butterflies, bumblebees the size of your head, several mating pairs of yellow finches, even a couple of humming birds.

Finches love the cone flowers when they go to seed, cool.

Now, get rid of the sod, place more flowers and neighborhood growl will be in the past.

Or do as one my neighbors has done, she's ... feng sheui - Not a drop of grass in her "lawn" - all pebbles (My Mom scratches her head every time she goes past it) and has some rock ... sculptures and some other things like that. And .. that's it. All you needs is RIDZ that kills everything and rocks.

(actually I live in a very artsy neighborhood (with aggressive policement, right couchy? :D) where they have some very nice paths/gardens that are in a small area but are absolutely lovely. Small walk ways, grasssy stuffs - great things.)

I'd actually enjoy having a neighbor like this -- where I live, if you do something a neighbor doesn't like, they stop in front of your driveway, honk, and holler, "What yo' probim, cracka muthaf***a?" And I didn't even DO anything!

Never in my LIFE been called 'cracker' -- now it happens every summer....

It's true, some people are alive only because it's illegal to kill.

I think you can guess I have one of the lighter complexions in my neighborhood; unfortunately, over the last three or four years, I've been creeping up toward singlehandedly matching the neighborhood's IQ, too. Thugs and dealers, bangers and punks have discovered that 'laying low' in a cleaner neighborhood keeps them from seeing jail as much. So now I'm treated to the blissful experience of thumping bass car stereos at 2-3AM, as well as all hours of the day and evening.... My sister & her husband actually ganged up on me to holler at me for calling these f**ks in (noise ordinance fine starts @ $150 + $200 court costs), because they're afraid there will be some sort of midnight retribution, like setting the house on fire, because "these people do not CARE! They will shoot you in your aZZ!"

Talk to me about shooting me? Aim a gun at me? My response is the same -- "any b**ch can pull a trigger, it takes a MAN to step out from behind it." Challenge a punk's manhood, and you'll see all kinds of silliness!
