Well, on one stage I was listening to from the OLN site, I heard either Phil or Paul mocking Trautwig. Nothing spectacular just saying "I'm Al Trautwig..." in a funny voice.

To summarize:
1) Motorcycle freestyle is absolutely insane. How do you bail from a 400 lb motorcycle during a backflip? At least on a BMX bike you can push away.

On your #2. My friend does a hunt every year with his brother and his father on their land in Northern Wisconsin. The season opens up for the handicap a little bit before regular gun season. They have everyone from the blind to the wheelchair bound out in the woods. It is a huge hit amongst those that participate. My friend's uncle is wheelchair bound and I believe that's how it started.
