From the signs in the southern end of Prospect Park, I thought that when no cars are allowed in the park, bikes are to use the two car lanes, allowing
walkers and runners full use of the protected left lane.
A friend tells me that when he rode on Sunday, some scooter cops were beeping people over to the left. To me, his beeping was just warning people that he was coming up behind you. Is that true?
While we're at it, do the people doing speed laps of the park prefer to use the middle road lane or the extreme right road lane?
