Have you ever given one of those gangbangers wanna-bees a monster wedgie? There's enough distance between the crotch of the pants and the actual crotch that you can get some good momentum going before the two meet. It's a power wedgie they won't forget any time soon.

What I like about this trend is that you can tell from a glance that they're not carrying a weapon. I used to be offended by the sagging pants, until I realized that most of the guys actually wear gym shorts under their baggie jeans, with additional undergarments on under those (my step brother participates in this style trend), so they're not actually showing off their panties.

Guys, the reason the pic is funny doesn't have anything to do with the guy in the pinstripes, nor the backward hat trend in GENERAL, but there is something specific to this particular case that makes it funny. I'll let the OP give it away if he wants for those on the wrong track.
