Very new at this. I have had my bike about a week. My wife got me interested in biking......she was doing some Spinning classes at the YMCA. She just had to have a bike so I , of course, had to get one too. So far I am loving it. Riding is much more fun that the treadmill at a gym. The Houston traffic adds and interesting "element".
Oh....I have a Cannondale Quick 4 and she a Specialized Crosstrail.
