Hi my name is Roy I'm a 23-year-old father of 2 and live just outside of Albuquerque New Mexico. I have just recently returned to cycling but have been a cyclist my whole life. Growing up Greg LeMond was my hero (not so much now that sore loser). I have a Trek antelope that I'm in the process of converting to a hybrid and always have more then a few questions.
