It hurts. There is a bruise forming, not sure how. I woke up and it appeared.

Does it feel like a piece of sand in your eye?

Not pink eye. It is a light shade of purple thank you very much.

Edit: Plus I have an idea how it happened but I was half asleep so I'm not sure.

Are you talking about a black eye? Perhaps you might have pulled the covers up in your sleep and accidentally hit yourself.

It was either my headboard or laptop.

if you wash more often you wouldn't get bitten by fleas.

Spider!

I've had a few spider bites around my eye - wake up and I develop a black eye - or the lower lid and below goes black - and a day or so later I see the two fang marks swelled up like little volcanoes on the eyelid. Yellow sac spider - those stupid little whitish yellow dumb things you find in the corners of your house - or that leave the mysterious strand of webbing in the corner.

A few yrs ago I woke up and something felt weird on my shoulder - went to work and it kept hurting - itching - looked (it was kind of almost in my under arm) all these little double fang marks. SOB got me again - but it got me good.

I ended up with three sets of bites - between 30-40 bites - stupid thing got into my shirt at night and in trying to escape went down the long sleeve of the shirt I was sleeping in .

So I had a half dollar size near underarm - one down by inner elbow and another spot by wrist. And the bites swelled up like little volcanos and oozed. It took nearly 3 weeks for it to go away, painful itching. I haz scars. SOB yellow sac spider. The spot near my wrist must have been by more nerves because all throughout the day it felt like there was something under my skin crawling besides turning all sorts of pretty colors as well.

Did you dream about trying to sell toys to Crackerjab?

Hope it is minor and works out well.

How'd we get to spiders? Fuzzbox said she's pretty sure it got bumped by something.

What, a giant spider could have bitten her and then shoved her head into the headboard (seems a bit redundant of a thing to hit your head on) or whacked in her in the eye with a lap top, using his maxillary palpae as arms.

 I would love to see a spider that could do all that

I know that's fake..but that freaked me out a little...I'm not gonna lie

jsharr

It is not fake. Michigander supplied the spiders for that movie. He mainly used juveniles, as the adults were too big to be believable.

he should've used hobbits, they're cuter

Oh, yeah, the old man is fake. Hobbits are indeed cuter than septuagenarians. I thought you were talking about the spider.

Yep. Although they did once find a use for the adults.

Yea it isn't huge or anything. It doesn't really hurt today... and less noticable

if you wash more often you wouldn't get bitten by fleas.

too bad I shower everday plus I haven't seen a live flea since about 8 years ago on a dog.
