I put drop bars and Shimano Tiagra STI shift/brake levers on my hybrid bike, and the original flat bar shifters has the cable adjusters built in to the brake lever housing on the bars. The STI levers came with inline adjusters that bolt to the frame, which my bike does not have the mounting points for, it has the welded on cable routers. What are the other options to get cable adjustment capabilities for the brake lines, is there such a thing as an inline adjuster that is self-secured?

I use these In-Line one's for my FD. They'll work fine on brakes:
