Bicycle Mechanics - Are 2009 Centaur and Veloce Ergopower levers different in any way?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Besides the lever itself? All the internal parts are identical, right? I sort of broke one of my lever and am thinking that I'll just purchase whatever 2009 10-speed I can get the cheapest and stick my blingtastic carbon levers (which somehow survived the break-age) on it.

The 2009 Veloce and Centaur are identical except for the aluminum brake levers on Veloce. They're only about $140 at Ribble.

Thanks! I was already at ribble, haha. Here is your reward--disassembly by back of moving van:

Athena has the same internals as everything above it as well right?

Can't remember but who uses UPS, Probikekit or Ribble? Because, that's the one who get charged duty. Over at roadbikereview there was a thread on overseas vendors. That's the only thing you have to be careful about.

The chances of being charged a tariff have noting to do with who you buy from, but apparently some of the orders shipped in by UPS seem to have a greater chance of being charged. Others have been charged to the post office too, on orders from PBK or Ribble. I've made four orders from Ribble this year and never got charged.
Some of the charges are bogus too. Packages are most often not labeled in detail, like "bicycle accessories". You might not get charged, or you might get a 10% tariff, even though must of the items are not subject to a tariff. The packages are never opened for inspection.
Shifters, chains, cog and tires are not subject to a tariff. Saddles, rims and spokes are.
