Yea bike co ops are great
I got to take a class to volunteer. I know very little but I donate 3 hours every month.

It is really hard when you don't have parts. You're like well let's try this.

In someways our Critical Mass ride gave birth to the co-op. There is nothing in the rule book that says CM has to be a bunch of jerks that cannot cooperate with other traffic, but when we had a few individuals who felt that CM was about revenge on the motorists and just messed it up. So people started to look for other ways to promote cycling and getting together with other cyclists without the angst.
