I'm thinking of trying a populaire this fall. Where could I look to find what's available? Live in Michigan, could perhaps consider a 150-200 mile driving radius.

I checked the RUSA ride finder (www.rusa.org (http://www.rusa.org)), and the only thing that showed up anywhere in the midwest is a 200k brevet in Rochester, MN tomorrow (9/19). Everybody else appears to be done for the year.

There's a 200k brevet just north of Columbus OH on Oct 17th if that helps.

hmmmmm that is tempting. 200k seems a bit long for me, tho!
