And how is catching a loaf in a shell better than letting the kids just dive into the pool?:D One of the shells should be a switch to turn on the bidet.

No, that's not it.

Red Foxx used to tell a joke that mentioned having bushels of corn cobs sitting outside thew outhouse that explains it much better.

You didn't have paper... outside the outhouse you had two bushels of corncobs, brown ones and white ones... You used a brown one, then you used a white one to see if you needed another brown one.

This question has bothered me for years! Thanks for the info. I hate when movies leave stuff in the air without explaining it.

Umm, it was not left up in the air. It was left somewhere much worse.

I suggest someone try this method then put on a fresh clean pair of tighty whites to prove the utter ineffectuality of this so called explanation.

1) how do you tug on a turd? turds have **** for the tensile strength (pun intended)

2) why would you tug on a turd? that's what biting down and brain busting pushing is for

3) the whole point of the 3 shells in the movie is that it eliminated the waste generated by paper, this "explanation" simple creates a different waste

What does one do with three seashells when one gets Hershey squirts?

Pray for the sweet merciful release of death.

Perhaps I'm overthinking this, but if the seashells are supposed to be flushed after use, there should be a whole stack of them, not just three. In which case how would he know from seeing a huge stack of them that the method involves using exactly three? And if there's only three left, then they're nearly out of seashells and he would still need to report them being out of shells.

I believe that you were meant to use them, then wash them and put them back on the shelf

When placing the seashells, do they go up or down?

The scariest line ever delivered in a movie... "In the future all restaurants are Taco Bell".

I can honestly say that line scared the brown sauce out of me... only way it could have been worse is if she said starbucks instead of Taco Bell.

If in the future Taco Bell is all that's left...the seashell count should increase to fifteen.

It's just gotta be water controls for a bidet- temperature, spray pattern, and pressure. In the fancy places uptown, they've got a fourth for an air drying.
