Fifty Plus (50+) - Day 40 @%*&%#$&**^

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I had mentioned I was going to see if I'd healed enough to drive the school bus again. Turns out operating the hand brake makes about the same demand on my elbow as getting onto my bike. I can't do either one.
I've got all this spare time and all this beautiful weather and I'm not doing a very good job of making use of either one.
I can sympathize. I had knee surgery at the beginning of Summer and had to be satisfied with looking at my new Roubaix and wiping off the ubiquitous dust. :(
However, due to the miracle of healing, this too will pass. :thumb:
Just don't forego (or over-do) the physical therapy!

So you are not coming out to play tomorrow then?
So I reckon that a 5 mile walk will merit PIE- but we still want pics.
Don't push it too hard too soon. We will hold the bike milage till you can ride again

You are so generous - will you do mine as well?
I figure I'll ride 60 on Sunday and get pie - I can't ride tomorrow as I need to take a class.
