That wheelbase looks about the same as my conversion. Seems kind of long for a track frame.

Yea are all IROs like that? I feel like that could take considerably away from acceleration. Well maybe not enough to matter, but it just doesn't look so great.

On what looks to be a 50cm bike that much overlap is not uncommon.

I agree, the smaller frame might have more toe overlap but I think it's just the picture. It looks like pictures of parts layered over each other and not an actual complete bike (the chain is just there). This seems like a better picture. Sorry, it's a little big.

I don't know that wheelbase should have an effect on acceleration really.

wheelbase affects acceleration and handling as well as the mystic properties of balance and feel.
