can anyone tell me if the dahon curve d3 and dahon mu xl's handlepost is exactly the same. they fixed my mu xl's handlepost on warranty and now i can't even fold it. the original handlepost has the handlebar QR with a notch so that i can move the handlebar up or down and that helps it with the folding. now with the new handlepost that REI installed i can't even roll it. i could force it to fold but the handlebar will rub with my wheel so i technically wouldn't be able to fold it. warranty work should fix something and not create another issue. REI told me that the handlepost for curve or mu is standard. i was asking them to install my old handlepost but they wouldn't let me have it due to safety issue. appreciate it if someone can tell me if dahon used standard handlepost on all their 2008 model bikes.
