I know that the Felt S32 comes in a smaller frame (48cm and 50cm) with a 650 wheel.

Quintana Roo makes some 650s: The aluminum Tequilo/Chicquilo in size XS (46) and the carbon Seduza/Dulce in size S (48). BTW--no difference in geometry between men's and women's...just a pastel paint job.

If I hadn't seen this post, I wouldn't have posted. A friend long ago had a Q. ROO, a 650, used it for TRIs. he was average height but.... I've stubbled upon then on line at attractive prices. The popularity of that size wheel comes and goes. It makes for a sensible build for a shorter rider as well. The other fellow suggusted Felt, an easy brand o find.

yep. some of their older models had them up to even 55cm frame sizes like the dual. actually, most companies have a 48 or 50 in 650c. it shouldn't be too hard to find.
