I started using Met Endurance from Champion Nutrition an hour before I race like the directions say to. It seems to help I think... I was just wondering if any others out there use this mix or something similar if so what? Looking for some ideas. Or am I just wasting cash on this powder. Just for clarification I usually eat real food about 3 hours before I race and drink water and Gatorade until I race and drink a serving of Met Endurance and hour before I ride.
