Does anyone have experience with these two frames? I know the Razorback is lighter, but, understand the Lithium would be a better all mountain XC bike. Ideas?
I have an 03 Razorback sl large with discs. Got it on Ebay. The bike is much better than I expected. Full XTR/Race face. Really not a bad climber(not a hardtail though) and just unreal on fast descents. Hydra Discs are awesome! The frame is pretty rigid with the one link. I think it is a good xc bike. I worry less and less about weight of bikes and parts.Get whatcha want! Just eat fewer vittles and you break even! Sorry I cant help you with the lithium.

The shop where I work is a K2 dealer, so I'm pretty familiar with both bikes.
The Razorback is a race inspired XC bike, with a focus on lightweight and less travel. Going fast, and enough suspension to smooth out the ride a bit. By no means PLUSH.
The Lithium is an "all mountain" or "Trailbike". It has adjustable rear travel from 4" to 5" with a 5" travel fork, and disc brakes. It's a bit heavier, but not porky by any means. It's a good all day type bike with a bit more effort on the climbing, but a lot more fun on the descents.
Razorback should hit the scales in a stock configuration in the mid 25 to low 26 lbs (depending on size), whereas the Lithium is closer to 30 lbs.
