If you had asked me a year or so ago, I would have told you a 29" Samsonite Oyster case, that's what I think most of us use.

In a previous thread ( http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=587311) the poster weas complaining about how the Samaonite Oyster lacks TSA approved locks and how this has lead to issues.
