I rushed out to the store yesterday hoping to get my hands on this Iron Horse Warrior Disc (http://www.sportchek.ca/product_description.jhtml?id=prod2833676&fromSpecificCategory=true). when i got there i found ou that it was sold out and that the closest store with those bikes still in stock was two hours away. I would have gone, but my parents refuse to drive me.

I feel really pissed right now. The bike was $300 off and was going for $500 Canadian!!! It had hayes discs and a judy tt fork. Actually, Iron Horse ran out of Judys and equipped the bikes with manitou sixes. The drive train was pretty crappy as it was equipped with acera derailleurs, but i could have dealt with that. And it weighed 28lbs, so it wasn't that heavy. The other specs are similar to this (http://www.ironhorsebikes.com/products/intermediate/warrior_sport.shtml)

So what do you think of it? What did i miss out on?

well it's a bummer that you missed a decent sale, but we sell the Ironhorse line at the shop I work at, and they are really only just a entry level mtb... you will likely get a good deal if you just wait a little (be patient) until after interbike (october) when the new '05 line is released to the shops, you probably can get an '04 for a fairly good price then as everyone generally wants to move the older stock out of the floor space ;) so it's not the end of the world
