what's involved in tightening ksyrium hubs? (to eliminate side-to-side axel play)

Your wheels should have come with a little plastic spanner. You put it on trhe side with the holes and hold the axle steady b y putting a 5mm axle in the opposite side of the axle. Just snug is good enough.
