so the rapscallion lucklust inspired me... Anybody have an opinion on whether i could survive this ride on a fixie?

My fitness level is not great, I'd have to stop smoking for sure, butI've got a month to prep for it. How hard is a 75 mile fixie ride gonna be? Two 75 mile rides in two days? Finally, anyone interested in perhaps getting a team together? It would be weird to be the only one showing up on a fixie... Drop your thoughts

as hard as you want it to be...

assuming your geared properly for your terrain, and you take it at a relaxed pace, you can ride forever. If your geared improperly or ride beyond your abilities, you might not last 10 miles.

Theres a reason the elderly and quite-overweight people can complete these things...and it aint because they've got gears.
