I've seen a few threads, but no real idea about the general value of a used Brooks.

Obviously saddle condition and model could play a large part, but curious as a general guide.

The one I picked up looks to be 1980, marked "Brooks Professional" but I don't see a model number other than what I think is the year stamp. (The bike it came off of appears to be a 1980 model so that would jibe.

Condition in my eyes is excellent, no wrinkles/creases/cracks.

Personally I am thinking of trading it for other vintage parts, but wanted to know a general cash value to get an idea of what/how many parts I should ask for and not be unrealistic.

+1 $75. But when in doubt, just check completed auctions on ebay. That is probably the closest you will come to market value. Then compare your seat to the ones in the auctions and adjust the value up or down accordingly.

+2. any decent brooks pro will fetch $75, even with some wear (and on the flip side, one that's been oiled and worn-in but well preserved may fetch even more than new). missing rivets, torn/rotted leather, or large scuffs/feathered areas of the leather will decrease the value.
