What do you mean by pretty? Quality for TIG, or a lugged ones? For TIG, the best is normally assumed to be the Paragon. But some of the ones NOVA sells are OK, particularly if you have a lathe to face them up. Paragon is a pretty reasonable price so the only reason not to go to them is if that would split an order or something. For lugs you have to suit yourself, Henry James, Pacenti. Best online list of suppliers I know of for all framebuilding stuff in on the Anvil Cycles web page.

Be aware there are several options in steel 4120, 1020, SS.

if it's your first frame, don't worry about the bb or the lugs. Order one of the specials from Nova and use whatever comes with it. If you don't like that suggestion, bikelugs.com has some nice looking bb shells.

There are several places that sell framebuilding components. Bringheli, nova, ceeway, henryjames, bikelugs, and even quality has parts. My fav. if Joe Bringheli.
